Wellness with Dirt on it’s Boots

Fueling Your Legacy is more than a farm and ranch summit—it's a movement to prioritize the health of the hands that feed the world. This two-day event empowers men and women in agriculture with real-life tools for better nutrition, stronger bodies, and sharper minds—so the family farm thrives for generations to come.

Keynote:

RAISING RESILIENT KIDS:
ROOTED HEALTH FOR GENERATIONS TO COME

45 min. Keynote + 15 min. Interactive Q&A

For generations, farm and ranch families have poured themselves into the land, the herd, and the work of feeding America and building a legacy worth protecting. But the real roots of that legacy run deeper than soil: they grow in the daily routines, nourishment, habits, and values we plant in our children long before they grow up to carry the brand.

In this powerful keynote, Cierra Crowley, Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and passionate child health advocate, reveals how the daily choices we make — from what’s on the plate to how we handle stress, sleep, and moving — shape the health, bodies, minds, and futures of the next generation. She’ll break down her practical, whole-child, whole-family approach so busy farm and ranch families can protect what matters most: the health and strength of their children, today and for decades to come.

  • Why health starts earlier than we think: How the first bites, first routines, and first habits become the roots of lifelong well-being.

  • Everyday strategies for feeding and raising strong kids: Simple, proven tools to navigate picky eating, stress, and modern challenges, without guilt or complicated diets.

  • Routines that fit real life: How to build habits for nutrition, sleep, movement, and mental wellness into even the busiest rural lifestyle, honoring demanding seasons and unpredictable days.

  • Guarding your greatest asset: Why fueling your kids well now safeguards your family’s future and honors the legacy you’ve built with your hands and heart.

You Will Discover…

Because feeding the world starts with feeding our own families well, and our kids deserve roots strong enough to weather any storm.
